Our Process

Remodeling your home is a journey, and we are here to walk you through it

Our process designed for you

Remodeling your home, as exciting and thrilling as it may be, can also be a little overwhelming.

We know how awkward it can be to have strangers working in your home – which is why it is our goal to make you part of the Remodeling Masters family when working with us.

In order to keep you in the loop and comfortable during the course of the remodeling project, we have laid out our process in a step-by-step format so you know exactly what to expect as we transform your home.

If you have any questions at any time, please reach out to us! We are here to serve you.

1. Fill Out Our Form

Fill out our contact form (by pressing the “Get A Quote” button) with information about your kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, or home renovation. Feel free to attach pictures so that we can get a greater idea of your current space or ideal look for your home.

2. Phone Consultation

Once you fill out our form, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to talk more about your project in detail. We’ll also discuss budget and timeline so that you can get a greater idea of what execution of your project will look like.

3. On-Site Consultation

We’ll have an on-site consultation for a cost of $450 that involves up to three hours of one on one (1:1) time to discuss your project. During this time we will be able to start deciding on the overall design. The $450 consultation fee will go towards the final cost of your project.

4. Design Phase (If Applicable)

We use 3D rendering software to bring your vision to life. If your project requires a design phase, the design fee will begin at $2,000. If you choose not to work with us, the design is yours to keep.

5. Sign The Contract

We’ll discuss the scope of work and technical aspects of the job such as budget, timeline, materials, and planning of the project. Once we are on the same page and you are comfortable with everything your project will entail, we’ll sign the contract. If your property does not allow space for equipment or materials, a portable storage unit will need to be supplied to protect the materials mentioned as stated in the contract.

6. Protect Your Home

When setting up all our equipment, we’ll make sure that your house is kept structurally safe before we start any demolition or construction work. We’ll also seal and protect any other areas that are not going to be under construction in order to keep dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.

7. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before starting on your project, we’ll do a walkthrough of the site together to give you a clear idea of what the next steps will be and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we upgrade your home.

8. We Get To Work

Once the walkthrough is complete, our team will get to work. Soon you and your family will be able to enjoy your new home and create family memories to share for years to come.

9. Our Cleaners Get To Work

Once we complete your project, our professional cleaners will come over and clean up the job site and surrounding areas – leaving it spotless and ready for you to enjoy!

10. Post-Job Walkthrough

If we need to make any adjustments or touch ups, together we will do a final walkthrough to ensure we haven’t missed anything. After we complete the project, you have 3 days to perform your own detailed inspection to make sure the work that has been completed functions properly. If there is anything that needs fixing that we did not complete, we will come back to your home.

11. 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Even after the job is done, you’ll benefit from our 5-year craftsmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the event of an incident with our final product that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract, we come in and get it fixed for you free of charge.

12. Follow-Up

To make sure your project stays up to standards, we can schedule a follow-up in 10-15 days after the project (in person), 6 months after (virtual), and 11 months after (in person) right before the first year is up to ensure installation is up to the industry standards.
