They no longer made our tile so Daniel came up with a design to fix our issue. He removed the pop out, installed shiplap and redesigned our tile. A couple of our island cabinets had severe termite damage. Daniel and his crew were able to rebuild all new cabinet boxes, reface, and even build one new cabinet door to match the others. Restoring the island to better than original condition. All while the large granite top remained intact. He is a true master at his craft, paying great attention to detail. We wanted to install a vent-less fireplace in our home so I made a sketch of how I wanted to incorporate it into our home. It was important to us that the new addition blended in with the rest of our home and not look like the afterthought that it actually was. We hired Remodeling Masters and Daniel was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted as well as answering our numerous questions, and in the end, he brought my sketch to life in our living room and on budget. He and/or his subcontractors generally always showed up as scheduled but if there was ever a slight delay (an hour or so) he would always text me to let me know. He takes great pride in his work (as he should since he was meticulous!). He was extremely considerate and kept the construction area very clean. One of my concerns was that the construction area was right beside our kitchen but he ran plastic sheeting around the entire work area and even installed a zipper in it to ensure any dust would be contained. Their accounting system was a bit confusing to us since the statement we received was more about the contractor’s budget, expenses and balance due but Sandra (who handles the paperwork and scheduling) very patiently translated the statement for us showing the payments we made and how much our balance was (which agreed with what we expected). Our experience with Remodeling Masters was the best we could hope for.
